Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and are estimates only.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. To start a return, email team@marrowshop.us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Product Information

We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that all details are 100% error-free.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
