Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.
To start a return, email team@marrowshop.us with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Final-sale items and items damaged through normal wear are not eligible.
